Code Enforcement Board meetings are open to the public and held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:45pm at the Hopkinsville Municipal Center.
Board Description: This Board issues remedial orders and imposes civil fines as a method of enforcing city ordinances for violations classified as civil offenses (property standards, flood/stormwater management, garbage/trash/weeds, cable, zoning, and rights-of-way).
